4. Any scope of work not specified in Contract shal be treated as a Variation Orders and reasonable time shall be given to complete.

Starry homestead PIL reserves the right to revoke any discount Or free-of-charged items which have been promise to honor to customers,and wil bill the customer for al the discounts and free-of-charge ems according to original quotation price Ifthe customers Delay Default payments or make cancellation and amendment to the agreed package deals as stated in the quotation.
6. Any charges of fee for Professional Engineer, Architect, license Plumber, Power Grid and MOE shall be borne by Customers.
7. For any renovation / MCST Deposit required by the management of building shall be payable by Kustomers (For PRIVATE HOUSE OWNER ONLY).
8. nthe event of default in payment, you shall indemnify and keep our company indemnified for al costs and expenses (include al legal fees) incurred by our company in demanding payment and for taking legal action against you for recovery of payment and / or for any breach of your obligations herein.
