24-month workmanship warranty from start of renovation.
All deposits paid to 9 Creation Pte. Ltd. will be protected against contractual no-performance through an approved insurance bond.
A certificate of insurance will be issued to Owner once the deposit is received.
Unless otherwise stated, all necessary approval, permit or any submission fee required by relevant authorities (e.g., PE, Architect, FSB license plumber, LEW endorsement) shall be borne by owner.
Any omission & itemization from the signed contract shall be subjected to 9 Creation Pte. Ltd. approval. Work not specified in the contract shall be treated as variation order.
For any variation order (if any), full payment shall be made upon confirmation.
